Nidderdale Birdwatchers have been partners with Nidderdale AONB, Yorkshire Wildlife Trust and Yorkshire Water in a project to develop a Wildlife Centre at Gouthwaite Reservoir incorporating a bird hide at the water’s edge.
We are sorry to report that Nidderdale AONB has withdrawn from the project and that plans for the proposed Centre will no longer be pursued.
The delights of the avian activities in Nidderdale, and on Club visits round the region, are posted here by active members: https://niddbirders.wordpress.com
